11/22は兄と、去年亡くなった祖母の誕生日でした。うちでは、11/22は「いいふーふの日」ではないのです。笑

祖母にはネックウォーマーとかを誕生日プレゼントに編んであげたりしていたけれど、「もったいない」ってしまいこまれてたなぁ...と思い出しました。

さて、兄にリクエスト聞いて、何か編んであげるとしますか。

進捗 Progress

月曜日、ひたすら待つという状況があり、ひたすら編み物してました。だいぶ進み、Yukiも両前身頃が編み終わりました。

On Monday, I needed to wait for several hours (just wait and wait), so I spent time with knitting.

I've finished both side of front.

なんか先が見えてきました！

I feel like I can see the goal...!

Gathering Stripsも脇下から10cmくらい進み、そこで手持ちの糸が終わりました。(在庫はあるのです)

I've knitted 10cm from under arm hole for Gathering Strips,and the yarn I had have gone there.(I have  another yarns at home)

編み物は頭を空っぽにさせてくれます。

Knitting makes my mind blank.

毛糸だまNo.160 2013冬特大号！

「毛糸だまNo.160 2013冬特大号」買いました。

ノルウェイジアンニット特集だそうで、アルネ&カルロスさんデザインのニットなども載っていました。

気になるデザインがたくさん。
中でも一番気になるのはこれ。

編みたい！でもいつになることやら。

あとこのままでは編まないけど、このデザインも気になります。

スカート部分がかわいい。

もし自分に編むとしたら、襟ぐりをもっとガッとあけるだろうな。

アレンジして子ども用に編んでもいいなぁ。

Yuki...left front finished 左前身頃完了！

左前身頃完成しています。

後ろ身頃に比べるとだいぶ目数が少ないので、あっという間に終わってしまいました。

I've finished the left front.

Compared with the back, much fewer stitches they have, so it was quick...!

右前身頃に突入しています。Tuck パターンが楽しい！

Now I'm knitting the right front. I'm enjoying knitting the tuck pattern. So fun!

早速購入。
The designer offers 1Euro discount by 10th November even though the original price is already at good offer(2Euros).
I've purchased it.

子どもたちにも編みたいけど、自分にも編みたいなぁーと思っています。
どんな色で編もうかな？
I'd like to knit this cap for myself, as well as for my (friend's) girls.
Which color shall I use? That's the matter...

新しい糸 new yarns

もう今年は糸は買いません！と宣言していたんですが、またYarnaholicさんで買っちゃいました。

I decided not to buy any more yarns this year,but couldn't help buying these...

右の三色で母にColor Affectionを編もうと思ってます。

I'll knit 'Color Affection' for my mom with the three colors from the right.


一番左は綺麗な色だったので着分買おうと思ったら、あっという間に残り1カセに...でも何かに使えるかと思って残り1カセを買ってしまいました。

The yarn in the most right is my favorite color and I wanted to buy three or four,but only one left...but I couldn't help buying it too!

それにしてもYarnaholicさんは絶妙のタイミングで絶妙な糸を販売されるので、毎回、「参った！」と思いつつ、買ってしまうのでした。笑

Yuki...pocket

Yukiは前身頃に入り、ポケットがつきました。ちょっと見えるオレンジ色がかわいい。

I'm now knitting left front and I've just knitted a pocket. The orange color appears a bit. Isn't it cute? :-)
