Almost ほぼ完成！

ほぼ完成しました。あとは糸の始末とボタンつけのみ。

すごい達成感...！笑

またちゃんと完成させて着画とともに載せまーす。

Yuki フロントバンド Front Band

フロントバンドを編み始めています。

何回繰り返す、ではなくて、何センチまで編む、なので、カウントしなくていいのが楽。

(これまでのTuckパターンは回数が決まっていて、「あれ？何回編んだ？」と何回もやっていた、アホな私)

I've started knitting the left front band.

It's easier because I don't need to count how many times I've knitted the tuck pattern.

It seems I'm not good at counting something...? :-)

それにしても、色で気分が上がります。きれいなオレンジ。というか、柿色。

It makes me happy to knit this color. Beautiful Orange. Rather I can say it's Persimmon?

Shibui KnitsのStaccato と Cimaの２つを一緒に編むわけですが、

同じPoppyでも、これだけ色が違います。

I'm knitting Staccato and Cima from Shibui Knits together. These are both "Poppy",but the color is clearly different.

一緒に編んだときに、もともとのそれぞれの糸の色からこれだけ印象が変わった色になるのが、魔法のよう。
When they come together, it become so different color from the original colors. It's like a magic !

Yuki 両袖完成 Both sleeves Finished!

昨日の夜、Yukiのもう一つの袖が完成しました。
メリヤス編みに入ってから、爆編みしてしまいました^_^;
身頃と袖の片方はブロッキング済み。
もう片方の袖は現在乾燥中。
あとは、フロントバンドを残すのみ！
でも、5cm丈を長くしたので、CCの毛糸が足りるかちょっと不安。
足りなかったら、泣く！笑

週末、実家に帰っていたのですが、各方面からのニットの催促が集中して笑ってしまいました。
100 Diamondsは母のお友達に行き先が決まったのだけれど、母に「いつできる？」と聞かれたり。なぜか父にネックウォーマーを作ることがばれていて、「できた？」と聞かれたり。(お互いに目の前で言ったわけではなく、別々のタイミングで)
あとは親友とメールしてたら、「次会うまでに、何かニット完成しているかな？」と聞かれたり。
同時並行し過ぎなのはわかっているので(笑)、とりあえず、自分のYukiを完成させて、他のを順次完成させていくつもりです。
みんな、ちょっと待っててね〜

Yuki 片袖完成! One sleeve done!

Yukiの片袖、編みあがりました。

I've finished one sleeve of Yuki.

このYukiは、今までやったことのないテクニックがたくさん。

編物修行になってます。でも楽しいです！

I've experienced a lot of new techniques which I haven't done.

Like a training...but I enjoy it!

Yarn for Cowl カウルの糸

編むと決めたら、早速糸を買いました。セールしてたので。笑

I've purchased the yarns for Cowl for my Dad and my brother.

父用。For my Dad:

　紺と赤。Navy and Red

兄用。For my brother:

　黒とチャコールグレー。Black and gray

どちらも、Harberdashery Cowlを編む予定。

I'll knit Harberdashery for both of them.

ちなみに、父のほうがパッキリ色好き、兄のほうがシックな色好き、というのが不思議。

I wonder why my Dad prefers vivid colors, and my brother prefers dark colors.

おまけ：自分用Array用。自分のが一番高かったりします・・・。笑

どっちもいい！決められない！でもたぶん、Haberdashery Cowlにすると思います。
Both are nice, I cannot decide which...but I think I'll knit Haberdashery Cowl for both of them.



ちなみに、これは自分に編みたいなぁ・・・
